We aim to make InvoiceKO understandable and usable with keyboard navigation, readable text, labelled controls and layouts that adapt to different screens. We continue to review the service as features change. This statement is not a claim that every page has been independently certified against an accessibility standard.
Known areas to check
PDF previews, document signing, charts and generated documents can present different accessibility needs from standard web pages. A visually clear PDF does not necessarily contain a fully accessible document structure. Contact us if a particular format or interaction prevents you from completing a task.
Request help or report a barrier
Email support@readyht.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant. Tell us the format or assistance you need. Do not include private financial records in the initial message. We will review the issue and discuss available alternatives.
