A clearer workflow

Invoice maker, step by step.

01

Start with the details that matter

Set up your business name and contact details, then choose or create a client. Give the invoice a number, issue date and due date so both sides can identify the document and understand when payment is expected.

02

Make every line easy to understand

Describe each product or service, enter quantities and rates, and review applicable tax and discounts. Check the currency and total before sharing. A clear description makes it easier for a client to match the invoice to the work delivered.

03

Choose a layout and export a PDF

Preview your invoice with a built-in template, check the page layout and download the PDF. InvoiceKO also supports shared invoice links. Choose the format that suits your client and your workflow.

04

Follow the payment through

Record payments against the invoice and keep a view of the outstanding balance. When a payment is received, produce a payment receipt from the recorded payment instead of creating a disconnected document.

Getting started

  1. Add your business and client details.
  2. Enter invoice dates, line items, currency and applicable tax.
  3. Choose a PDF template and review the totals.
  4. Share the invoice, then record payments as they arrive.

Good to know

Your questions,
answered.

Can I create a PDF invoice?

Yes. Create an invoice in the workspace, preview a built-in layout and download the invoice as a PDF.

Can I use different currencies?

InvoiceKO supports invoice currencies including GBP, EUR and RON. Select the correct currency for the invoice and check that your payment details match.

What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?

An invoice requests payment for products or services. A payment receipt records a payment already received. Recording a partial payment does not mean the full invoice has been paid.
