01

Your agreement

READYHT LTD, company number 17413568, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 16 Kirton Close, Reading, RG30 2NS, United Kingdom. These terms apply to InvoiceKO at invoice.readyht.com and invoiceko.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept them for that business. Contact support@readyht.com with questions before using the service.

02

Your account

Provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. An InvoiceKO account is for the business workspace assigned to it. Access to other ReadyHT products may require a separate account or agreement.

03

What the service provides

InvoiceKO provides invoicing, record keeping, reporting and document tools according to the features and plan shown in the app. Availability can change as features develop. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or restrict a feature to protect the service.

We will give appropriate notice of material changes where practicable.

04

Records, calculations and tax

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of information you enter and for checking outputs before relying on them. Tax estimates depend on supported schemes, dates, rates and the records supplied. InvoiceKO is not your accountant or tax adviser.

Preparation packs and sandbox tests do not file a return or pay tax. Live filing is available only where the app explicitly enables it after the required approvals. Review the return and declaration before authorising submission. Keep the acceptance receipt and arrange payment separately.

Never assume an attempted submission was accepted without confirmation.

05

Documents and signatures

Check recipients, amounts, bank details and document content before sharing. A visual signature does not automatically meet every legal requirement for electronic execution, identity verification or witnessing. You must have authority to use a signature and decide whether the method suits the document.

Sharing links can be used by anyone who obtains them within the access controls shown.

06

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in your business records and documents. You give us permission to host, process and transmit them as necessary to operate the features you request and meet legal obligations. You must have the necessary rights to upload and use them. We retain rights in InvoiceKO software, branding and materials.

Your subscription gives you permission to use the service under these terms, not ownership of the software.

07

Payments and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, taxes and usage allowances are shown before purchase. Recurring plans continue until cancelled according to the terms displayed at checkout. Manage subscriptions through the billing area or contact support. Our billing and cancellations policy explains the process.

Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.

08

Acceptable use and connected services

Follow our acceptable use policy. Third party sign in, payments, HMRC and optional assistant services also have their own applicable terms. We do not control their availability or decisions. Connecting a service does not imply endorsement by that provider. HMRC has not approved InvoiceKO for live filing merely because a connection or privacy page exists.

09

Suspension and ending access

You can ask to close your account by contacting support@readyht.com. Export required records first. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment or a material breach. Where practical we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it.

Retention and deletion follow our privacy policy and data processing terms.

10

Responsibility and disputes

Neither party excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You must take reasonable steps to avoid foreseeable losses, including reviewing records and keeping needed exports.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere. Contact support@readyht.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.

11

Updates

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate channel. Changes do not remove accrued rights or override an agreed order without the required agreement.
